I’ll probably do “Trying out YQL and flickr API for Vancouver Latitude and Longitude -> WOEID-> neighborhood name e.g. ‘West End’” in Ruby first since I have lots of Ruby code for this already (but would love to have the time to do it in R as an exercise only)
