More thoughts on switching to Windows from OS X: preview and QuickTime replacements?

- I miss preview.app - is there anything comparable on Windows for annotating screenshots and doing all things preview does on OSX?
- I miss QuickTime. I guess VLC is a fine replacement? It doesn’t seem as polished.
