HowTo add the 657 built in R colors to the flickr dataset (you need rowwise())

the dataset withe R colors is on dropbox: https://www.dropbox.com/s/sfooyejehxus7rq/2020-and-2019-roland-flickr-filename-imavgcolour-plotrixavgcolour-metadata.csv?dl=0

need rowwise() otherwise it computes the color of all the rows not row by row!
