Firefox users should be able to keep the pre-Firefox 89 UI if they want but the reality is this isn't possible since we don't have proper layering and abstraction in all software not just Firefox

Regarding yesterday’s post [1] :Any software user should be able to modify the UI or keep the old UI but that is currently impossible because since we don’t have proper layering and abstraction in all software not just Firefox.

But I think we are getting closer :-) with components built on safer languages like Rust. Give the industry 10 years or force us to work better through regulation !!!!
